Wellness Challenges

Challenges can be anything that a person finds difficult to deal with.  They may be big or small, well-known or little-known.  And of course, the level of difficulty differs from one person to the next.

Below is an example of some of the many challenges addressed here:

  • Mental health disorders: anxiety, depression, 
  • Psychological issues: phobia
  • Emotional difficulties: grief, loneliness, jealousy, resentment, fear
  • Mindset: Setting and reaching goals, confidence, self-belief
