“I hate being fat” becomes “I am focused on becoming slimmer”.
“I don’t want to be broke” becomes “I am open to opportunities for increasing my income.”

Think of these statements as how you want to be as opposed to how you currently are. Use positive language, in the present tense, and keep them short. You can create affirmations for any area of your life e.g. work, health, money, relationships, and business.  The possibilities are endless.
